IVHQ and IAHQ strategically collaborated with Impact Steps, appointing it to manage their brand promotion in China and facilitate the enrollment of volunteers and interns from China.

After COVID-19, Molly Yang established the Impact Steps platform as more Chinese individuals reconsidered meaningful global participation again. We aims to facilitate connections between high-quality international organizations and Chinese participants.

In 2017, Projects Abroad UK headquarters reached out to founder Molly Yang, inviting her to serve as the director of the China office. She took charge of recruiting volunteers and interns in China, leading to a substantial increase in registrations from 2017 to 2019.
